We need a LOT more information. Listing all your hardware specs is always a good idea. Generally speaking, that's an error you can expect when your system chipset or IDE / SATA hardware isn't fully supported. That's probably not all...

Are you using an nForce MB?

It's not in the DVD and you need to include MeDevil's newer SATA controllers for nForce in it. (Go to the wiki and look for how to add kexts to DVD)

How about the number of transistors in the northbrigde? The capacity of the electrolytic condensators near the cpu socket is also very important.
And of course the SATA data rate temperature at 62,5% air humidity. Is it a 4-layer or a 5-layer mainboard?

You don't told the configurations of your harddisks. Are you using a single HD for OS X or a combined Win/OS X HD? Iis it SATA or IDE?
The most compatiblest version is IDE on Primrary Master, DVD on Secondary Master and during installation disconnect all other HDs.

I'm not sure of my harddrive conditions, it is SATA, and it's just for osx, however windows was installed on it at one point, I will try putting it in master mode tho and see if that works

SATA is always master. If there's a jumper it's for SATA150 or 300 mode.
