You need zephyroth Rev1. or Rev.2 to install Leopard on your System.

If you want to patch and use your retail DVD, you basically have to do kind of a job like zephyroth did with this release. :D

hahaha the "legit" part isn't what i'm worried about.... I just have a proper copy i wanna modify and yeah break as many laws as possible without getting in trouble haha.

i just want leopard on my pc without waiting 3 days for it to download ...... thats NZ internet for you.... if someone can make me a patch to use on it i'm willing and (bearly but) able to pay $100 for your efforts

Here's a guide (http://forum.osx86scene.com/viewtopic.php?f=16&t=2135) on how to make your store bought Leopard DVD into a Hackintosh friendly DVD.

The only thing you'll be missing are the hacked kexts that are in Zephyroth's releases. But, this should get you on the right track. Also, I don't think you need tiger already installed on your PC but you should own a Mac to do this. Linux might work too, I'm not 100% sure.
