You could probably get it running, just expect the same issues with sound, ethernet and wifi, don't know what you'd do with it with such limitations

I see, well i probably could find the drivers/kexts if someone could help me,

is there a program that scans your hardware and tells you what your options are?
then again that sounds too n00b friendly (may not exist)

Thanks

Just need to find a working ata driver that allows 4GB of ram and replace the video card(with like a GeForce 7200 or 7300) and snow leopard would run great :) I got Snow Leopard on my Dell Inspiron 531(AMD 5600+, 2GB ram, 8600GT)

Any idea where i may find a good workable driver? Thanks
Though the ram issue for me is nothing much, as i will just run boot camp and install a windows 7 build :D

Is there any possible way for me to get my rig running without the video card, if not its going to be a while before i can dish out some cash for it lol. I thank you anyway.
