Grey screen

I've made an bootable usb flash with dies extensions.

fakesmc.kext
NullCPUPowerManagement.kext
OpenHaltRestart.kext
PlatformUUID.kext
Disabler.kext
LegacyAppleRTC_32bit_Only.kext

I've have to put them in the extra folder and not in the extension folder other wise I've got an kernel panic on boot startup.
So now the system boots with the apple logo, than an blue screen and than
the famous grey screen of death.

Does anybody have an solution.
