Yeah I know what you mean. Until now I've only had AMD based PC's, because I feel stupid paying extra money for the same thing :P
But, right now I got sick of Microsoft and Windows (Linux is not an alternative), so I'll probably have to buy Intel CPU to have full compability with MacOS..

My only reason now to switching to Lion is Xcode 4.1.1 I can't download an older one, not available, does anybody know where to get it?

I am currently running 10.6.8 with a looped .mp4 (not bad, got used to it and just because im running GTS 450... the 460 is same deal)

Would love to have Lion, even bought an upgrade voucher but it won't let me register it, it has to be done through Apple App Store..!

If you cant login into App Store, try adding this to com.apple.boot.plist, or org.chameleon.boot.plist.. whatever u use

For a brief moment, I though some genius from China made a Kernel for AMD to install Lion.....Got excited for nothing.

Thanks but I can login, it just doesn't let me register the voucher. And when I try to buy it it says it needs an Intel Core 2 Duo, i3, i5 or i7 processor. I have my Hackintosh setup as an iMac11,1 ( 3Ghz core 2 duo) in About This Mac but somehow it knows it's not...

EDIT: I decided to give it a try anyways and it worked, it let me register the voucher, but it didn't download. It sat there forever but when I go to PURCHASES it shows OS X Lion as purchased!

All I need is a kernel! LOL
