HFS+ in Vista

MacDrive and HFSExplorer will both do what I want. Kinda

MacDrive is too expensive.
HFS Explorer is read only.

Is there a FREE driver for Vista/XP that will allow it to read AND WRITE TO a HFS+ (Journaled, Case Sensitive) partition?
