Thank you very much. Now the system is booting fine. Voodoo-Kernel is also installed :-)
Problems I have now are the following:
Restart and shutdown doesn't work (this works fine with the "MBR partition")
USB2 problem: I tuned the EHCI-Controller on in the BIOS and get the following error (verbose mode):
