This is the latest (and probably last) kernel for Leopard.
New features:
- tsc up scaling (to scale to 1Ghz for slow cpu's, new fix)
- improved faster power management functions
- newly home built libstdc++.a for building dyld (should fix dyld for AMD)

For devs:
voodoobuild.sh got fixed
