I have K50IN - SX254 (almost the same as Buhgalter - probably only differece is hard drive). I tried many, many times with Boot CD v2 with no luck. Tried BIOS 221 and 222 as well, burned OSX dvd few times. Everytime I get "Still waiting for root device" after "AppleIntelCPUPowerManagement: initialization complete".
What can I do to fix it?

If "SATA Operation Mode (Compatible / Enhanced)" is what You mean, then yes. I was switching it with no results, As I remeber someone in this topic wrote that it should be left to "Compatible". So most of my tries were done on this mode.
