GMA950 1000H/1000HA 10.6.3 QE/CI issue

Is anyone experiencing problems with video acceleration and QE/CI after 10.6.3 with the GMA950 kexts? The resolution is working fine, but the menu bar is no longer translucent and video acceleration is bad..even with just opening menus. I've tried all assortments of kexts for the gma950(27ae) and they all experience the same problem. If you have a fix or know what kexts are the issue please PM me.

Grab these place in /E/E run kext utility and when it's done reboot(But make sure you have an efi string or chameleon with intel gma graphics enabler)

Thanks! The kexts worked. Now the only issue is to fix the display waking up from sleep. I'll remove the clamshell.kext to see if that corrects the problem.

There is a replacement for clamshell and you may find it here

idk if you have tried but I use a dsdt edit that allows loading of the gma kexts unpatched for some versions of the gma 950. just a heads up if you haven't tried it. If this is in a netbook or a laptop you can try using netbook installer to patch the gma kexts for you and build a custom dsdt for your rig.

MotherBoard: Asus P6T
CPU: Intel Core i7 920 2.67GHz Stepping: D0
RAM: 6.0GB Speed: 1.6 GHz Type: DDR3
Disk: 4.11TB
Display: ATI Radeon HD 5770 (PCIe x16) [1024MB/QE/Q2DE/QGL/CI/OCL]
Audio: Apple HDA
Network: AirPort ( AirForce one 54g )
OS: Mac OS X 10.6.4 (10F569)
Kernel: Darwin 10.4.0 Arch: 64-bit

Dude, do you have any idea how to make GMA950(AE) to boot up normaly on DVI with resolution 1920x1200 (only less than 1600x1200 is possible for me). VGA on the same board (Intel D945GSEJT) does not have this problem. When I set two monitors, I can make both DVI and VGA to work full 1920x1200, but only VGA can boot with that resolution, doesn't matter which is primary, or extended (DVI got black screen when boot up). I have Snow 10.6 4, and have tested a lot of kexts so far (how to use this yours, do I need all of them?)... Have Chameleon2 RC3. I would appreciate a sugestion, because I need to find a solution somehow (use a DVI KVM switch).
