I have two of these and two other Athlon 64 nForce 3/4 combinations. (3,1 TB HD and 9200 MHz total
All components are working 100% on 10.4.7, on 10.5.1 the X1600 has artefacts and no mode selection.

Crazy: The NEC ND-3540A isn't recognized in BIOS, but fully working in MacOS!
