For audio, the only way I was able to get this to work was to amend my AppleHDA kext. This isn't ideal but placing it on the EFI partition wasn't working for me because when I would update, the new one would take precedence.
For the bootloader issue, if the guide was followed with changes specific to your system it should boot without having to press anything. At what point are you having to press enter? |
