I need your help for graphics acceleration on eeepc 1005P,and internal wi-fi

Hello ,

Any news for graphics acceleration on eeepc 1005P (iatkos v7 10.5.8) and what about internal wi-fi? The Atheros card ?? , i use usb wifi stick to connect to internet.

Thank you for your reply , some informations for my laptop

Model No - Asus Eee PC 1005P

Processor: Intel Atom N450 (1.66GHz, 512KB L2 Cache)

Chipset: Intel NM10 Chipset

Graphics Module: Integrated Intel GMA 3150 Graphics Controller; Shared w/ system memory

10/100 Ethernet, 802.11b/g WiFi the atheros 9285

if anyone can help with this I would really appreciate it.

You need 10.6.5 to make your wireless card work, follow instructions here. It can brick your card if you don't know what you are doing. The graphics is much more problematic since there is no native support. AFAIK you can use hacked GMA 500 and GMA 950 kext to change your resolution, but there won't be QE/CI so it will be slow.

Thank you so much godlyatheist , i follow instructions to make my wireless card work i hope its not so hard ...
exactly there is no native support for graphics , I have solved the screen resolution issue, now I can see my screen at 1024x600, with new boot http://www.meklort.com/?p=188 but not graphics acceleration.
