Support for AMD isn't mentioned on their forum (it says "iATKOS S3 Snow Leopard 10.6.3 Intel DVD"), but since the installer has option for qoopz kernel and VIA SATA, I guess it should also work for AMD.

if you read through the release notes, you will se that even though they include the kernel, the dvd is NOT compatible with AMD...
