welcome to this Forum and welcome into OSX world ...
From your Video/pics there is nothing i can guess to help you

First of All you have to Set BIOs to the more usefull settings to install OSX.

Set Virtualization to TRUE

Your HW is:
microATX mobo intel DG41RQ with LGA775
Intel core 2 Quad -> OOB vanillia kernel 64bit
Intel® GMA X4500 -> works OOB no kext needed , but no QE/CI
Realtek* ALC662 audio -> AppleHDA.kext patched required install VoodooHDA.kext
Intel G41 Express Chipset
Intel® 82801GB I/O Controller Hub (ICH7)
Realtek 8111D Gigabit Ethernet card -> Kext needed here->

How to install Lion on PC

or you can get iAtKos Lion L1 DVD , burn it and try installation with it


You have to use - 10.6.7 AppleACPIPlatform / IOPCIFamily kexts in S/L/E to fix "PCI Configuration begin" error
