iATKos v7 is Leopard 10.5, the nVidia GTS & GTX 2xx series isn't officially supported till Snow Leopard 10.6.2 so you'll either have to upgrade to Snow Leopard (recommended) or back port the nVidia drivers from 10.6.2.
