I think it was an install-time option, but if you didn't select it, all is not lost: Insert your Hazard DVD, open a Terminal, and type this command:

Code:
cp -r /Volumes/*Hazard*/System/Installation/Packages/AMD.pkg ~/Desktop
This will copy the package to your desktop. You should then be able to double-click it to install it.

Thanks for this. I see Marvin's Patch Utility in the Applications folder now, however when I click on it, nothing appears on screen? Not even an error. I saw the HD light running, then it stopped.

Then I'm afraid I don't know what's wrong. You could try running it from the Terminal, though; that might produce some helpful text-mode message about why it's failing.

d-spice, boot up with the flags maxmem=4096 and busratio=20 and you can patch using marvins, just done mine this second although I still cannot boot without maxmem=4096. Going to use kexthelper now

Nice Bunglehaze!, I will definitely try that out and report back.

Thank you srs5694, you got me a step farther than I was and I appreciate all your help.

SUCCESS!!! Thanks Bunglehaze, that did the trick, didn't even need to patch by using those tags, Firefox, iTunes, OsX86Tools all work.

I will be writing up a step by step tutorial on how to get Snow Leopard properly installed on my particular system.

Thanks to everyone for the help!

Properly speaking it was made in the good old time of 10.4 Tiger - but that doesn't matter as Intel / AMD IDs haven't changed.

Here you guys can go for some infos on how-to use it:

some programs have a cpu check before installing
for these programs there is a simple work around
like silverlight plugin from microsoft.

1- Download silverlight 2.0 DMG
2- mount the .dmg file
3- copy Silverlight2.0.pkg to the desktop
4- right click - select show pagage contence '
5- surf to Contents-->Resources
6- delete the file Installation Check
now Dubble click the .pkg file and the plug wil be installed with out the cpu check
