please Fix my DSDT.aml file !

Here is my DSDT, it has many errors, I can't fix all them, Please help me
I use Asus A42JC-VX044

I had a look but it's beyond my abilities it's like spaggetti.
Is there not another bios version you can try?

Yes, I tried 2 version 205 and 207, but it gives me same result . I think I have to waiting until new version of Asus bios release

I don't think so, because it has more than 200 errors

Just a thought but what method did you use to extract it?
If you used some other method and you are able to boot in to osx try extracting it with this.

cat /proc/acpi/dsdt > ~/dsdt.aml

This will create the dumped DSDT in your users homefolder...
