Sharing Desktops
Over the weekend, I managed to configure OS X and Windows XP partitions to use the same folders.
I see some serious gains from this. Data is accessable from both OS's allowing updates faster/easier. HD storage gains would be artifically seen due to removal of reduant files. Music can be shared. Photos are more accessable. I'm writing a how-to, and I can put it online upon request. Its my understanding that you must have Leopard or higher, as Tiger can't do it. 💡 Deploy cloud instances seamlessly on DigitalOcean. Free credits ($100) for InfMac readers.
