VMware Fusion problem on Hackintosh....

I'm using VMWare Fusion 3.0.2 for running windows xp on Leopard installation in my pc.. There is a problem in VMWare fusion when I enable my sound device from Virtual Machine settings.. whenever I play any sound in Win XP I recieve an error message saying "Cannot connect to sound device because no device is available on the host" with two options Yes & No if my press yes I can hear the sound and this message appears everytime when any sound is produced like windows startup , browsing folders , playing any media files and windows shutdown. Sound works perfectly in Mac os x.

I've attached some files ...

Funny enough

I'm having the same problem, with just about the same circumstances.
I have a hackintosh that is giving me the same error message when I attempt to connect to my USB CD-Rom drive. I haven't tried a SATA drive yet. I'm also running 10.6.2 and VmWARE Fusion 3.0.2. Were you able to fix the problem you were having?

I don't know alot about VMWare, but I do know that Parallels 5 is BEAST! :P
