Why to do so if you can d/l some prepatched distribution, which has them already integrated & install-ready, like the ones mentioned above?
If you don't want to pirate OS X, you can also create a custom 132 bootloader cd for your system, that makes you able to make use of a retail DVD, but that's a bit more pretentious...
