The first tab really bugs me from an aesthetic and useablity viewpoint, there should be a clear divison from the main window controls imho. Hopefully this will be addressed before final release. I find having to look and move my mouse higher to the tabs awkward but that may be because i'm not used to it yet 
The new web inspector is much better offering some basic css editing but still a long way from replacing Firebug for me (a firefox extension).
