Try this :

- Mount the VMWare Fusion installer.
- Open the .dmg folder and search for "Install VMware Fusion". Right-click, and Show Package Contents.
- Ok, here open Contents, then Resources. And You'll find "Install VMware Fusion" file again. Show it's contents.
- Browse to contents again, and look for file named "Archive.pax.gz". Copy this archive to Your desktop.
- Unpack the archive and copy the unarchived files to proper locations ( Application to applications, and merge the folder "Library" with the library on Your HD"

That's it, You should be able to use it now. Hope it'll be useful.
