Hi bajanboy,
boot in safe mode -x, run from somewhere in Developer directory chud-uninstaller, and reboot. all will be fine.
If you can't fnd the uninstaller, just remove all the chud kexts in the extensions folder. 
it's something to do with the current modbin 9.3.0 kernel being just bin patched to work on hackintosh ie. not an offical release. I had the same problem when I upgraded to 9.2.2, before that i had no problems at all.
