Are you trying to install to the IDE or SATA drive?

If SATA you may want to check in your BIOS and try changing the SATA mode from SATA/AHCI to IDE. They vary on how it is worded but some have whats called IDE Emulation. Give that a shot and see.

When I have a big problem with installation I generally disable anything thats not completely necessary and then work on each problem separately after you can get into OSX. I disable Ethernet, Onboard Video, Hyper Threading, Serial ports and anything else I see that can go. Then you can start to narrow down the problem. The line your machine hangs on looks chipset related. Your machine uses a nForce 430 chipset and I believe ive seen other people around using the same one.
