Exclamation Need to crack bios admin password!!

Hey guys I am having a bit of trouble getting into the bios of my zv5000. Some knuckle head at a repair shop thought it was a good idea to change the admin password to access the system bios. I have been trying for weeks to install OSX on this baby via USB Flash, but I cannot access the bios to allow for booting natively from USB. Thus I am forced to boot from Chameleon boot disk to access the flash drive. That works very well to get the system up to load OSX, but I cannot see the internal IDE drive to be able to load the OS on to it.
I have tried all the backdoor passwords from HP to unlock the bios, but to no avail, so I am asking you guys to see if anyone has an idea as to how to crack this egg. Oh by the way removing the battery does not reset the bios, so that idea is out completely.

Thanks so much

Okay I think I may have solved my own problem, but I thought I would share it with all of you just in case someone else is having the same issue. There is a program that is proprietary and is not released to the general public that HP Techs use for this issue. I have provided the link below for the file. Just follow the instructions provided in the file and you should be able to reset your system bios password. I am crossing my fingers as I type this post.

Note : Download this tool.

It's HP confidential tools to reset BIOS.

Good luck and remember this app can only be run in windows, not DOS mode.

Thanks fairlyodd for providing this HP's confidential tool to reset BIOS.
Is it really worked for you or you just shared it with us?

Well unfortunately in my particular case it did not. This app only covers certain models and mine was not one of them. It did generate unlock codes, but they did not work for my model. One thing to remember if you use this app, you must run the app on a different machine from the command line in order to get your unlock code. Read the instructions carefully and yes it will be successful if your machine is supported.
Mine however will involve sending the system back to HP to have the ROM chip replaced or it involves removing and replacing the entire mother board. Just not worth the time and expense.

Here is another helpful app for all of you who do not know your system specs and need them to load your distro. It saved my arse many times.

Everest Ultimate Edition

You can get it here: http://www.lavalys.com/support/downloads
It works great
