Quick Help..

Well awhile back I set my hardrive to allow access to everything(and every subfolder) and well, it broke... It wont boot, but I just had an idea, what if I used a different kernel?(i think what happened was that the permissions on the kernel got changed... so can somebody upload just the newest AnV kernel or a kernel installer for Windows? Seeing as I don't have a working OS X Install right now... im hoping this will fix my problem..

any other suggestions would be very much appreciated!

well... installed the 9.5.0 Voodoo kernel and the 10.5.5 Seatbelt fix(cause of the new kernel) from the iPC 10.5.6 PPF5 disc, and something new, it gave me some long line of text saying that Something could not be found, and at the end it said com.apple.boot.plist(but it wasnt the one in extra) so i installed the chameleon boootloader hoping that would fix my problem, but no dice... any ideas or other help?

What exactly have you done?

Try to lunch Disk Utility from you iPC DVD select your Partition and try to repair the permissions on it...
