Each time i startup i get "sleepimage has garbage" , "hibernate failed" thus meaning that if i try and hibernate and close my laptop lid, when i restart (press power button) it starts but all i get is a black screen.

Any ways to solve this?

Okay I removed the Sleepimage folder and rebooted...then of course I got a Kernel Panic! LOL

Come on now guys there has to be someone out there that knows an answer to this question. There are some of us out there that are still using Leopard 10.5.x and not Snow Leopard. So how about some ideas? Please.
