BCM5751Ethernet Causes slow shutdown/reboot
hi,
I noticed that AppleBCM5751Ethernet.kext causes on some notebooks slow shuting down and reboot. Terminal says: Still waiting for BCM5751 Ethernet ... ... ... I don't know why  If you have slow shutdown/reboot and if you don't need ethernet, remove this kext. ... ... ... Last edited by slic; 10-06-2009 at 04:54 PM.

I have BCM5787M and i have it worser, My computer can restart and shutdown, but it is it worth.
