I was wondering if you were installing Mac OS to a seperate partition or drive. I definitely recommend doing one or the other as it will affect your current install of Win7. You will need to get a bootloader installed that will allow you to use both.

I had that exact same Stop/Slash error come up on me as well, it was related to a couple of changes I needed to make in my bios.

Go into your bios and make sure the following is done.

1) Make sure you are in AHCI mode, not IDE or SATA (this will affect your current win7 install you will need to switchback to use it again)
2) Make sure your onboard lan, firewire (IEEE 1394), and even onboard sound is disabled.
3) Try booting again, its possibly you may have to do the install over again to get the desired effect.

Hope that helps!
