Alright so really fixed it this time last night after 5 long days of pulling my hair out. Getting rusty after all of these years lol, this was one of the things that you'll never find a fix online for. It may just be the lion installer i downloaded but anywho it wasn't completing the handshake at the end of the installation of anything pertaining to a boot volume and leaving me with a corrupted partition. After repairing the source installation created partition it updated the boot support and i was able to get installed. Certain i'll have the rest up and running but i went to bed happy I highly recommend you guys pick up SSD drives for ML, it is quite amazing
