[HELP] Hp DV6-1210SL with Snow Leopard, I cannot boot after install

Hi everyone,

i'm making a triple boot notebook with my new Hp Dv6.1210sl.

Hardware:
Intel C2D T4200 - 4 Gb Ram - ATI HD 4650 - HD 320 Gb - Wireless Broadcom

I've Winows 7 and Ubuntu running yet, but I cannot run Osx, it's go in kernel panic at the beginning of the boot.

Please help me!!!

I've installed the OS 2 times following 2 differents guides, including the one of this forum, but each time the same result.
What can I do?

Any idea?

My Hardware configuration:

Intel C2D T4200
4 Gb Ram
320 Gb HD
ATI HD4650
Wireless Broadcomm
Firewire
USB
eSata
Jmicron Card Reader
HDMI out
Express card 54
DVD writer

I'm not using any kext, only the ones that Chameleon installs and this four:

FakeSMCv2
OpenHaltRestart
PlatformUUID
NullCPUPC

Thanks...

Now I'm booting (with cpus=1 flag) but I can see only a grey screen, eben if the system don't hangs (hd still working).

I think I only need right kext for display and sound....
