Sapphire ATI HD4830 DVI+HDMI+VGA working with QE/CI on Snow Leopard!!
Folks I have indeed great news, got my Sapphire ATI HD4830 DVI+HDMI+VGA working with QE/CI on Snow Leopard!!
I am pleased to pull this off myself and to be able to share with the community that has shared with me a lot! So this is the method:

Hi, I have Sapphire Ati radeon DVI+SVideo+DVI , I installed those packages and I can change resolution but no graphic acceleration.
Snow 10.6.2 In 10.5.8 i have fully acceleration using motmot how can i activate the graphic acceleration thanks |

If the packages are installed correctly (use kexthelper for instance) they should work properly, however this has not been tested on Snow 10.6.2 (I haven't updated yet). Perhaps you will need an updated QE_CI_Exotic_SL.pkg from Netkas as the EVOEnabler is just the injector. Hope you can get it going. Cheers! |

I also have ATI HD4830 (DVI+HDMI+VGA) but haven't made it work properly so far. The link of the package@Netkas mentioned in your post doesn't work any more. Could you send me([email protected]) yours if you still keep it. Quote:

is it working with vga port ? i get a "mode not supported" msg from monitor.
