If the packages are installed correctly (use kexthelper for instance) they should work properly, however this has not been tested on Snow 10.6.2 (I haven't updated yet). Perhaps you will need an updated QE_CI_Exotic_SL.pkg from Netkas as the EVOEnabler is just the injector.
