Problem solved :
I've set up my BIOS to S1 instead of S3 under Power management options. and I've disabled all features that can wake up the computer automatically (wake on lan etc...).
Config : Intel Quad-Core Q8200 - Motherboard : GA-EG43-S2H - 2 GB RAM PC2-8500 - SATA Hard drive - Nvidia 9600 GT
Distribution : 10.6 Retail
