holy crap another one? ok i'll give it a go. I'll probably actually install over my leopard partition, then install back over my existing SL partition just to get it back to the bigger partition. You guys foresee any issues doing that? Also, do i need to go through the SL guide steps again when i do that? Reinstall chameleon, etc.?

Yes, but you still need 2 install chameleon after cloning
It will fail, but dont let that bother you. Just after installing apply the Snow Leo patch to Chameleon.

I'll have to try this but I'm reluctant to go through the process. :P So far everything seems stable, but I have the same issue with Disk Utility so soon I'll have to create another partition and give this a shot.

Thanks for the posts!

to fix disk utility issue, just reinstall BSD.mpkg from within SL

Core2Quad / MSI P45 Neo2-FR / HD4870 / Snow Leopard

Nice. That seems to have done the trick. Thanks.
