so you dont have a DSDT? how bout the cmos reset? do you have sleepenabler or NullCPUPowermanagement kext running?

will give the F10 bios a try and test, if failed then your machine must be hiding something

EDIT: we are talking about automatic sleep here right? not the manual sleep from apple menu then sleep?
