Weird Glitch I ran into. I deleted something on my Windows 7 side and now

My trashbin won't fully get rid of an object on my mac side.

Any Mac software to fix this weird stuff? I use Paragon Ntfs drivers on my Mac side to read Windows 7. Screenshot, my Mac won't erase what I erased on my windows 7 side now its stuck in my Mac trashcan and refuses to be deleted or restored. My OCD side is acting up because I love my trashbin fully empty. So this weird glitch probably doesn't bother others but it does to me.

edit: Even weirder, I reinstalled Mac and that same folder is still there even tho I erased harddrive. This thing refuses to delete from my trashcan...

This will probably take a long time but I'm gonna dban both my harddrives since I think both are causing this problem. I hate using Dban because sometimes it can take 10-20 hours just to fully erasehardrives. Who ever was the moron to make harddrives hard to fully erase suck ass. For those perverts who download cporn or whatever hackers, they usually destroy the evidence entirely by lighting their harddrives on fire. So, why do they have to make us people who want to get rid of viruses, and software problems go through this? Thanks alot douches(not you guys, the morons responsible for this nosecone) who make computers. (cries)

What is the down command on Mac Snow Leopard? Is it just the down button on keyboard? Anyways, I solved problem by using DBan quick mode so it took only about 4-5 hours to erase my two 500gb hard-drives. I started over, and DBan helped me out! I love that program but wish it was quicker but I guess if you want to nuke the crap out of your harrdrives so nothing is left at all you have no choice. I just don't understand why harddrives are buggy on normal erase and don't fully erase everything so you don't have software/operating problems.
