They have to release the source to the kernel, but it won't be released until two weeks or month after mountain lion is released to the public. There's no point releasing unfinished kernels from their point of view.

Yeah, they release then after the final release, so you won't be running Mountain Lion previews unless you use supported hardware.

System starts at around 32 bits, but the 64-bit applications freeze after a few minutes. without "-legacy" System starts at around 64 bits, but NO 32-bit application starts. |
