Open up the system profiler and go to USB and click on Usb composite device and copy everything it says and post it here ok?

Today i haver reinstall then my wifi work fine for me :D
however i have small issue, it's my RTL utility missing after reboot, can you help me ?

Thank you very muuuch!!!! it works like a charm! the only thing is that the card is not recognized as a air port but like an ethernet adapter but i dont care it works!!!
