It's a kernel panic. Boot with -v

My Hardware
CPU: Intel Celeron G530
Memory: 4.00 GB DDR3 1333Mhz
Graphics: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 550 Ti
OS: Mac OS X Lion 10.7.4 - Vanilla kernel
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-H61M-D2-B3

Thanks for the reply.
After i boot with -v it says: Bug: launchctl.c:2408 (24957):30: (dbfd = open(g_job_overrides_db_path, 0_RDONLY 0_EXLOCK 0_CREAT, S_IRUSR S_IWUSR)) !=-1

and after that:
nstat_lookup_entry failed: 2
nstat_lookup_entry failed: 2

What does that mean?

Edit: Tried to boot with -v again and now only this shows: FireWire (OHCI) TI ID 8024 PCI now active, GUID 002f0e1e00001fd0; maxspeed s400

and then it ends.. any ideas?

when i get to nstat lookup failed; if i'm patient it boots in another couple seconds.
try booting with the 32-bit flag (arch=i386) and see if she'll boot
