He, how can i make a package of the Mac update i do with amd updater.
I can update from 10.5.2 to 10.5.5 but i would like to save this update and then make a package( AMD Patcher 0.1) of it, so that i can install it whenever i want. Or can i download the 10.5.5 update from the Apple site and us that in patcher?

Because I use to use Leo4Allv3 (10.5.2) on test partitions all the time... I would need to update constantly... I simply saved the single updates (combo updates don't always work as it can freeze your system with too much stuff being altered) that I created originally with ASU as the systems came out. Now I just placed them online so if my HDs ever crash and I lose them I can get at them.

AMD 10.5.2 -> 10.5.3

AMD 10.5.3 -> 10.5.4
http://www.mediafire.com/nfoav8or/MacOSXUpd10.5.4.pkg (http://www.mediafire.com/file/zmntm5ydy2j/MacOSXUpd10.5.4.pkg)

AMD 10.5.4 -> 10.5.5
http://www.mediafire.com/nfoav8or/MacOSXUpd10.5.5.pkg (http://www.mediafire.com/file/dwcngmwtzl0/MacOSXUpd10.5.5.pkg)

Simple... three reboots later: 10.5.5

IF the combo update you can download through ASU (select modify only) works for you... just save that file. (then, yes you could also use the AMD patcher to update the pkg combo update as well)

With Zephyroth Leopard-10.5.2-AMD-EFI Rev.2 i can update with combo update without crashing. And I also did various tests and reinstalls of Leopard. But still don' t understand something:

-I didn't use the "modify only" button, can you tell me what that means?
-How can i save the the combo update, is this the original download from apple i then can use in amd patcher to make a package?

Ofcourse your links are very helpfull too, thank you.

'Modify only' will do exactly what you need. If you tick that it won't install the update(s), it'll just modify and leave them within the downloads folder ready for you to install at your leisure :)
