Hey guys, next week there will be a new mini notebook (http://www.aldi-essen.de/OFFER_D_DO/OFFER_42/BIG001.HTM) at our biggest discounter in Germany. Here are the specs:

LAN: Realtek RTL8102E
WLAN: 802.11 b/g + n-Draft up to 300 Mbit/s
Display: 10" wide, 1024 × 600, 117 dpi
Gfx: Intel GMA 950, max 1920x1200 via ext. VGA
Size: 260 x 180 x 19-31,5 mm (LxWxH)
Weight: 1,2 kg
Inbuilt: Webcam, Microphone, Bluetooth

Ports:
1. Graphics Card Output (15-pin, D-Sub) X 1
2. USB2.0 Port X 3
3. Mic-in Port X 1/Line-in Port x 1
4. Headphone Output X 1
5. LAN Port X 1

Price is 369 Euro with a 160GB harddisk and 1GB RAM. I read some test results and it seems to be better than the Eee-PC, especially the display and the keyboard.

The notebooks seems to be rather compatible to OSx86. The Intel Chipset and GMA 950 graphics should be supported, so is ALC 888. But how about the Realtek 8201E LAN chip? Some people have problems with these. Does anyone have experiences with an Intel Atom processor? How fast it is comparing to f.e. a Celeron?

The white one looks cool, like an Macbook Air.
