We are going to need a little more information on your system. Off the top of my head I would say to try Leo4Allv3 or higher (not the server though) as they will cover the most broad hardware specs (which you will still need to know in order to customize the OS to your system).
Do you know the chipsets used with the motherboard?
EDIT: here is some information that may be useful to you when customizing your system...

That looks right pretty much just upgraded memory to 2gb and hard drive to 160gb, last time it failed to install using v3 so just got v5 however could only find server edition on Pbay!
Just tried to install I gets as far as the sound driver which it says it's can't find and then says the usual waiting for root device!!!!!

hmm. well I don't want to tell you to stray too far away from Leo4All simply because I've found it to be the closest to an actual Mac OS X install disc (very few changes but many many add-ons for supported hardware and of course the much needed AMD patch).
iDeneb v1.3 is another one to look at however they have lost a little credibility because of their custom install screens and install agreements (etc. etc.) but all in all its still a good installed system to run.
As far as your hardware, I think iDeneb would have all of it covered... in fact I just popped it out of my machine after looking at it for another post I helped out in and I think the hardware is configureable... as long as you know what to look for in the customizing screen.
Cheers and good luck.
