my computer does not shutdown, after shutdown command, It seems shutdown it self but the screen I am still seeing the my background image and mouse dissappear but it didnt shutdown computer.

restart is working.

I applied power_off fix at installation but it didnt help.

CPU AMD 5000+
GA-MA78GM-DS2H
