iphone vpn

i've done alot of googling (?) on this problem and some people have said that they have done it but i they aren't explaining how to do it

so i have vista and os x client dual booting can someone point me in the right direction ot fix this issue because there are some things that i cant do on and ipod touch that i can do at home

i have a vpn set up on vista but i don't know how to access it


Please Help


ps i didn't put this on Insanelymac for a reason (because many of them say "just google it" ---well i did that and it didn't help
