problem with audio

Hey,

I had my audio working fine, don't know why I changed it, but did. Had auzila installed ac888 kext, loaded up. sound wouldn't work.

Then I reinstalled auzila and now I can't boot. How do i boot using just the auzila because I'm assuming the problem is loading 2 kexts at once, seeing as how I didn't delete anything. Please help!!

You could start up with install DVD and use terminal to remove or move the kext, then reboot and use -f to force kexts to reload.
The best solution I've found for alc888 is teruga's patcher and linux dump. Only get stereo out microphone, line out and digital in and out.
