*FIXED! For now anyway*
I fully updated my 10.5.5 and found no problems, except one that may have occurred after installing the Airport updates.
Time Machine doesn't see my backup drive anymore, even though it's connected and working fine.:'(
*facepalms*
The only solutions I found involved replacing IONetworkingFamily.kext and possibly knocking out the internet connection. And the solutions are over a year old.
Can anyone tell me what to do to get Time Machine working again? Pretty please?:-/
EDIT: Naturally, I post and then I find out the fix is what I already saw. I guess the newer IONetworkingFamily.kext needs to be patched for Time Machine. If anyone else has this problem, simply reinstall the old IONetworkingFamily.kext and Time Machine will return.
