The VoodooPower.kext developed by superhai currently not working on AMD cpus.
Developer does not have an AMD machine to test and no bug reports from users - so he is going to drop AMD support totally.
So, it's all depend on us. If we take our time to test and report back results, then maybe we will have a chance to cool down our cpus. And maybe there are some developers with AMD machines, who can fix kext sources. We just need more attention to this. Please vote on insanelymac and take your time to test.

Where did you read the last two parts? I distinctly remember seeing bug reports from AMD users and there was never an official announcement by the Voodoo XNU kernel team about any of that.

Please, don't make false claims.

The "VoodooPower" is an universal cpu power management system EXTENSION, developed by superhai and it has nothing to do with the XNU Voodoo kernel and it's dev team, except they may work together. Please, read carefully before accusing..
