Now that's a weird problem I've never heard of. Have you tried reinstalling Vista or trying XP instead to see if that changes/fixes the problem?

if i had to guess at anything i would say you have a router. The router must be issuing and ip address for the mac address of the network card and when you boot into another os your getting a conflict. So i would check that all 3 are set to dhcp (router, win, osx) or at least win and osx have the same static ip address if its set manually. I usually just set all to dhcp but tell the router to reserve ip address according to the mac address. If for some reason osx is coming up with a junk ip address just set all the details manually to match what you have in win.

I didnt completely understood what u said. I made some tests. Actually vista before shuting down do something about my network. I tryed force shutdown vista by holding power button and then boot into leopard. Internet worked but Partitions - no. they werent properly disconnected. So is there any way to turn off something that vista do before shutdown.

from what you have said it seems to me you have no knowledge of networking. The issues you have are not specific to the mac. It would be best to search up on how to set up a network full stop and how dhcp works and static ip address's aswell as mac address's

My static IP's are the same on windows and mac. There are no router. We are using server afcource that is the same :) could the hamachi on windows be the problem ?
